The Highway Patrol is looking for their next class of troopers. The 107th recruit class will begin training in January of 2019, but the road to get there is a long one. Eligible candidates have to have at least 30 college credits, or one of the following:
- Two years federal active duty military service with an honorable discharge
- Two years full-time POST-certified experience as a law enforcement officer with arrest authority
Applicants also have to pass written and physical exams, background checks, and a polygraph test. The application deadline is April 14th. For more details go to www.motrooper.com.
