A Holts Summit woman was taken to jail after an arrest on drug charges in Miller County. 29-year old Casey Rains was pulled over after failing to use her turn signal Thursday morning. The Highway Patrol report lists additional pending charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
