Human Remains Found In Miller County Identified As Timothy Nicholas

Just in from the Miller County Sheriff……..

An identification has been made on the human remains found this week in Miller County.

Officials say the remains belonged to 53-year-old Timothy Nicholas, a resident wanted from a 2019 vehicle collision on Writt road.

The Sheriff’s office says Mr. Nicholas had numerous outstanding warrants for his arrest at the time of the wreck, and fled the scene prior to the arrival of emergency personnel.

They say the family has been notified.
