An Iberia man injured in a wreck in Miller County is taken to Capital Region Hospital for treatment. The accident happened at 8pm Monday. 70-year old Danny East travelled through a three-way junction on Route A at Route PP, traveling at a high rate of speed. The Highway Patrol says his vehicle went off the roadway and hit a tree. East was not wearing a seatbelt. His injuries are described as moderate.
