An Iberia teenager has been arrested for felony assault after a man fell out of the back of his pickup truck late Saturday night and was seriously injured. According to the Highway Patrol, 28 year old William Lawson of Iberia was riding in the bed of a 1999 Chevrolet Silverado and fell out. The driver of the truck, 19 year old Dylan Dusenberry didn’t notice that Lawson had fallen out and has been arrested for 2nd degree felony assault, careless and imprudent driving involving an accident and for being a minor visibly intoxicated. The incident occurred in Miller County on Highway 42 near Mace Lane.
