An Illinois man accused in an attempted break-in in the Lake Ozark area has entered guilty pleas to charges of trespassing and disturbing the peace. Colton Allen Sphar was sentenced to six months in jail but was given a suspended execution of sentence with 15 days of shock time and two years of supervised probation. Two other people were arrested in connection to the attempted break-in in January. Dalton Allen is scheduled for a preliminary hearing in August on a first-degree burglary charge. The third person taken into custody was a juvenile.
