Interest Growing in Tiny Homes at LOTO

There’s apparently a growing interest in developing tiny homes at Lake of the Ozarks. Lake Ozark City Administrator Dave Van Dee recently met with some developers to discuss a possible development. The Camdenton Planning & Zoning commission will also hear a presentation regarding tiny homes and the best ways to plan for them. The conversation will include definitions of tiny homes and pocket neighborhoods, and whether tiny home developments could help fill a need for affordable housing. That meeting will take place Tuesday night at 6pm in Camdenton City Hall.
