Jailhouse Attack Results In Three Inmates Facing Felony Charges

A jailhouse attack in Miller County results in three inmates being charged with one count each of felony assault.

Courthouse records indicate that it happened in March when a surveillance camera within the jail picks up one inmate yelling during an altercation before running out of his cell asking jailers for help.

Video footage shows Bernard Bailey of Dixon and two other unidentified inmates following the first inmate out of the cell.

Bailey remains in custody being held on unrelated charges in addition to the new assault charge.
