A man accused of sexually molesting kids and inviting other adults to participate has been deemed to be a flight risk and a danger to the community. That was the decision of the judge hearing arguments before setting bond for Darrell Rountree. Rountree is being held on a $250,000 surety bond with several strict conditions, including restrictions keeping him away from schools, pre-schools, parks, and anywhere children are commonly found on a regular basis. He’s charged with one count of child abuse and five counts of statutory sodomy. Another defendant in the case, Amanda Rice-Foss, was released on a $50,000 bond. She’s charged with three counts of tampering with a witness and two counts of statutory sodomy.
