There are unconfirmed reports that lawyers for Gary Prewitt and Enowski Farms will go before a Judge Wednesday morning to ask for a stay on the Planning and Zoning vote regarding the unzoned property near Shady Gators in the Horseshoe Bend area. Prewitt has submitted plans for a convenience store and rental cabins. However, residents in the Village of Four Seasons recently submitted letters to the Planning and Zoning Commission stating the proposed project would be damaging to the community.
