Judge To Rule On Same Sex Marriage

A Kansas City Judge says he will issue a ruling quickly in the case of several gay couples who want their marriages recognized as legal in Missouri. Ten same sex couples are challenging the ban on gay marriage that voters passed ten years ago by a wide margin. Judge James Dale Young says he will issue the ruling quickly because he knows that no matter how he rules, it will be appealed.
