Judge Tosses Dixon Officials Court Cases

A Phelps County Judge’s tossed legal action over a dispute between Dixon Mayor Ben Copeland and City Clerk Karen Hardwick. Each had requested an order of protection against the other. This all started last week when Hardwick claimed Copeland followed her into her office and there was an argument and shoving match.
