Authorities in Miller County have filed charges against a Kaiser woman accused of trespassing onto her neighbor’s property and taking pictures of him. Joylynn Rhoades allegedly used her phone to take pictures of her neighbor while he was lounging on his deck. When told to leave, she went to the front of the property instead. Awhile later law enforcement was called back to the property because Rhoades was allegedly yelling at her neighbor about another pending civil suit between the two. When deputies from the Miller County Sheriff’s office attempted to place her under arrest, Rhoades resisted to the point that a second patrol unit had to be called to the scene for assistance. She’s been charged with resisting arrest and trespassing.
