A Kansas City, Kansas, man faces felony charges in Morgan County following a one-car accident, Friday morning, on Highway-135 north of Stover.

Sheriff Norman Dills says deputies on the scene discovered a large amount of illegal narcotics including methamphetamine, cocaine, marijuana, pills and packaging materials.

27-year-old Jeremy Lees, who has a history of drug-related charges including three cases that are currently in the courtrooms, was arrested and taken to the Morgan County Jail.

He has, since, been formally charged with four counts of distribution…bond was set at $75-thousand.

Sheriff Dills also says that all persons, Lees included, should be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
