Kansas Man Accused of Rape in Morgan County

A Shawnee Mission, Kansas, man faces several sex and drug-related charges filed in Morgan County. Courthouse records indicate that Carl Franklin Mort is charged with one count of rape or attempted rape, four counts of sodomy or attempted sodomy and three counts of possession of a controlled substance. The charges date back to July of last year.
