An Overland Park, Kansas man is dead after drowning at Lake of the Ozarks. 27-year old William Gordon-Price was swimming off his boat near the one mile mark of the Glaize Arm, just off the Grand Glaize Bridge, when he went underwater and never resurfaced. The incident happened just before 5pm Monday and dive teams searched deep into the night and early morning before locating his body. He was pronounced dead at the scene at 1:30 Tuesday morning. Mid-County, Lake Ozark, and Osage Beach Fire responded with their divers and the Highway Patrol dive team arrived on scene a few hours later. Osage Beach Police also responded to the scene.
