Suspects in two area cases are due in court September 5th. Vincent Kolb is charged with abuse or neglect of a child causing serious emotional or physical injury after allegedly beating his stepchild with a belt. Joshua David Crooks faces multiple charges including unlawful possession or transport of an illegal weapon and fleeing or resisting causing risk of injury or death. He’s accused of leading law enforcement on a pursuit in Camden County and having a pipe bomb in his vehicle. Both men have arraignment hearings scheduled for September 5th. Crooks is due in court at 9am, while Kolb is set to appear at 1:00 p.m.
