A St. Louis man has received a charge of murder in the first degree in an incident that happened in May of last year. On February 26th Judge Stan Moore accepted an Alford plea of guilty from Calvin Kyles after a previous enter of not guilty at a preliminary hearing back in August. Back in May of 2014, 28 year old Danielle Bell was found alive but suffering from stab wounds at a residence in Camdenton. As emergency personnel were taking her to a helicopter, she died from her injuries. Bell was able to inform law enforcement before she passed on details that lead authorities to search statewide for Kyles and were able to apprehend him near Osceola. Sources say that Kyles had been living in the Camdenton area at the time of Bell’s death and may have been in an argument with Belle about another man prior to the stabbing. Bell was married to Kyles and had only arrived days earlier to the Lake region before the incident occurred.
