Laclede Electric customers will notice a change in their rate schedule. Both residential and commercial rates will notice an increase of $4.20 to the Service Availability Charge as of today. Laclede Electric also says the Residential Rate Structure will change to a flat charge of 8.1 cents per kilowatts an hour.
