Students from the Camdenton R-3 School district may testify against former janitor Jesse Devore of Sunrise Beach, charged with exposing himself to a student at Oak Ridge Elementary.
That’s the decision handed down by Laclede County Judge Kenneth Hayden, following a 491 hearing.
Those hearings are held to determine if children under the age of 14 are presenting reliable information in the case.
Devore is facing four counts of Sexual Misconduct and 1 felony count in the case.
His trial has not yet been set.
