A Lake area hotel has completed a $1.5 Million dollar renovation.
Officials with Holiday Inn Express say they’ve totally renovated their rooms with new walls, lighting, furniture and bedding.
They also renovated the public spaces and the exterior of the hotel, including adding a new roof.
The renovations began in January of 2019 and were completed on Thursday.

Osage Beach, MO 07/16/2020 — Holiday Inn Express in Osage Beach has completed a massive renovation of all rooms, public spaces and exterior of the hotel.
Renovations were started in January of 2019 with a new and vibrant exterior and continued inside with a welcoming lobby and breakfast area featuring IHG’s signature breakfast items. Over the next year, each guest room was stripped bare and re-constructed with all new finishes and furniture. Finally, a new roof was installed in the last month.
Rhonda Martin, the General Manager, believes that all of our guests will be extremely pleased with the results of this renovation. Rooms are well equipped, comfortable and modern.
