Housing needs around the lake area will be the focus of a meeting this coming Wednesday. The Lake Ozark Regional Economic Development Council will be meeting to review a report from a taskforce assembled to analyze the top needs around the area and ways to address them. The Ripple Report identifies the growth rates in the area and efforts underway in Miller, Morgan, and Camden counties to meet the growing demand. It also calls for the establishment of a Community Development Corporation to act as a housing authority for the region. The report will be discussed in detail Wednesday morning at 10:30 in Osage Beach City Hall.
