The owners of a number of Lake Area McDonald’s are being praised for giving back to their employees during the ongoing COVID crisis.

The Marshall-Rice family who own the franchises in Versailles and Warsaw created a “to-go pantry” for their employees.

It provides them with personal hygiene products and food.

Employees tell KRMS News the pantries are a lifesaver, at a time where help is needed all across the lake area.

The Marshall-Rice family owns 14 locations in the state and employ around 900 people.
