The Lake Area has lost another treasured member of its community.

According to reports, Powerboat Racer and local businessman Adam Gier has passed away.

In a Post on Facebook, the racer and his wife had just returned from a trip to Mexico.

Right now, there is little information being released and no obituary has been submitted.
