Real Estate sales across the Lake of the Ozarks remain high.
Speaking with KB On the Ozarks This Morning, realtor Bobbi Bash says buyers from all over continue to flock to the area to escape major cities.
She says many realtors are having a hard time having homes available for buyers, as they selling rapidly.
But that’s the case in other areas across the country.
Realtor Gee Santoro in the State of California tells CBS Radio News the slowdown there is affecting other businesses.
The national association of Realtors says home sales are down 17% nationwide, however prices remain steady.
It’s down early 26% in the State of California alone.
