Lake Of The Ozarks Under Tornado Watch Until Midnight

All News State News Saturday, November 14th, 2020

The Lake Area is under a Tornado Watch Until 12AM Sunday Morning.

Strong storms are moving into the area, and are expected to last through that late night hours.

A watch means conditions are favorable for the development of severe weather, including Tornadoes.

If a Tornado Warning is issued with a passing storm, take shelter immediately. If in a mobile home, lay flat in the nearest ditch or hide inside a study structure or basement.

Residents in the “watch” area should remain alert for changing weather conditions and should keep a batter operated NOAA weather radio or radio tuned to KRMS to keep up to date with the latest in severe weather information.
