Lake Ozark BOA Approve Rezoning For Tiny Homes

Tiny Homes are another step closer to becoming a reality in Lake Ozark.

At Tuesday night’s board of Alderman meeting, officials voted to approve the Planning and Zoning’s recommendation to rezone around 1.2 acres of land off School Road.

The next step is for the developer, LCMC Enterprises, to submit their construction plans for approval from P&Z.

After that, P&Z will host a number of public hearings to receive more input on the project before submitting their recommendations to the Board of Alderman for final approval.

LCMC Enterprises owner Matt Wright says if everything goes well, he expects to begin site preparations sometime in late December.
