A move by the Lake Ozark Board of Aldermen is expected to eliminate a few hurdles for economic development. The board this week approved an adjustment in their TIF agreement with developers RIS that will allow them to move forward with plans at Eagles Landing and establishes plans for water infrastructure improvements at the site. Under that plan, a water well will have to be constructed, as will as a 500,000 gallon water tower. Construction on the tower has to begin before the end of 2020. When completed, the tower and some surrounding property will be turned over to the city, who will then accept all maintenance and repair costs.
