Lake Ozark BOA To Vote On Tiny Homes Rezoning Tuesday

Plans for a Tiny Homes Project in the city of Lake Ozark are now one step closer to reality.

The Planning and Zoning commission is giving the green light to re-zone a section of land along school road, where the project would be constructed.

It’s now in the hands of the Board of Alderman to vote on the rezoning, which is expected to take place this coming Tuesday.

If the project meets all future approvals, it would be the first affordable housing project for the City of Lake Ozark.
