The Lake Ozark Board of Aldermen have completely overhauled the city’s zoning districts and classifications. It’s been nearly a year of public hearings, consulting with other cities and drafting examples, but the Planning and Zoning Commission presented the bill, and Aldermen accepted it, this week. The new ordinance has no standard industrial classification, instead there are personalized zoning districts and uses, and the new guidelines have been discussed with the Bagnell Dam Strip Association.
