The Lake Ozark Fire Protection District reports that they responded to a house fire off of Cedar Crest Drive just before 6:30 Saturday evening. Upon arrival, they discovered the fire was in one of the bedrooms of the home, where they were able to contain it. It was marked under control just after 7:30. Multiple agencies assisted, including the Osage Beach Fire District, Camdenton Fire Department, and the Sunrise Beach Fire District. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
