An overlay project and TIF amendments highlight the agenda for the Lake Ozark Board of Aldermen meeting this week. The board is expected to approve a bid from Capital Paving for an overlay project on Fish Haven Road. The board’s also expected to vote on an amendment to the TIF agreement with RIS for development at Eagles Landing. Under the revised agreement, developers RIS will construct a 500,000 gallon water tower at the site. Construction has to begin before the end of 2020. When completed, the tower and some surrounding property will be turned over to the city, who will then accept all maintenance and repair costs. The Lake Ozark Board of Aldermen meets Tuesday evening at 6pm in city hall.
The Laurie Board of Aldermen will meet in special session Tuesday afternoon. The lone topic on the agenda is discussion of hiring personnel.
