The Lake Ozark Board of Aldermen will meet tonight for a special session. The special session stems back to their meeting on May 9th. During that meeting, the board voted to not renew the contract of City Treasurer Linda Gardner-Goos. Then, at the next meeting on the 23rd of May, they held a lengthy closed session. Following the closed session, Mayor Johnnie Franzeskos announced no vote was held so the meeting ended without a decision being made in regards to the position. So tonight the board will meet and go into another closed session, and then they will reconvene for open session to discuss the position. Tonight’s Lake Ozark Special Session will be at City Hall at 6 o’clock.
