Lake Race Week Has Arrived

Lake Race week has arrived.  The annual power boat extravaganza is scheduled for this Saturday.  The week is full of events leading up to the race.  The schedule includes a revamped Festival of Speed on Thursday night.

 

That’s Big Thunder GM Jeremy Anderson.  The festival will be held at their new showroom on Bagnell Dam Boulevard with shuttles running from the Staples parking lot.  Mike Shepherd says shuttles will also be running Friday night taking people to the strip for the street party.

 

Bagnell Dam will close early Saturday morning to set up a spectators area for the races later that morning and into the afternoon.
