Layoffs And Furloughs At Bass Pro Shops

Dozens of employees at Bass Pro Shops are being laid off or furloughed….

Company officials say due to the COVID pandemic, they’re having to “drastically scale back operations.”

Additionally, there is a temporary salary reduction for all leadership team members, some 9% of the company.

Full-time Outfitters whose positions were eliminated received severance along with outplacement services and support.

For those who’ve been furloughed, benefits will continue as normal, with 75% of eligible employee health and welfare costs being covered for up to 90 days.
