Lebanon City Council has a new budget for the next fiscal year. It passed, Monday night, with a vote of 6-2. There was one last public hearing for budget concerns at the beginning of the meeting. The councilmen who voted against the spending plan were Brian Anthony from Ward 3 and Robert Finley from Ward 4. They both said they did not like the transfer of 200-thousand dollars from Fund 21 Capital Improvements to be used to buy land for the Floyd W. Jones Memorial Airport Expansion Project.
