A Lebanon man has been arrested on drug charges. Authorities say this is the second arrest of an alleged drug dealer living near an elementary school. Members of the Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement Group along with the Lebanon Police Department and Laclede County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at an apartment on Morris avenue about 500 feet from Boswell Elementary School. During the search officers located three baggies of marijuana, a digital scale, drug paraphernalia and a cell phone containing text messages about the sale of marijuana. The Laclede County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has charged 26 year old Ricky Lee Piercy with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. He was released from the Laclede county jail after posting bond.
