A Lebanon man who allegedly propositioned young girls at the Camdenton Wal-Mart has entered guilty pleas to the charges against him. Jesse Thomas Flanary was sentenced to four years suspended execution of sentence on each of two counts for sexual misconduct involving a child under the age of 15. Both sentences also included 80 days of shock incarceration time and five years of supervised probation. Authorities say Flanary asked the girls if they wanted to smoke weed and have sex with him. While talking to the girls, he had his hands in his pockets and was performing a sex act.
