A Lebanon man accused of murdering a father and his teenage son, in July of 2014, is scheduled to have another day in court today. The Laclede County case against Matthew Rumbaugh is being heard on a change of venue in Camden County with Circuit Judge Kenneth Hayden presiding over the case. Recent motions filed in the case on behalf of Rumbaugh include viewing, inspecting, and photographing the alleged crime scene, as well as requesting disclosure of any plea agreements or other inducements to witnesses for the State. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for this morning in Camden County with the Jury trial scheduled to begin the week of November 28th.
