COVID 19 is the reason behind another cancellation of an annual tradition.
Officials in Lebanon say their long-standing YuleFest will not be taking place this year.
The festival often provided a warm meal to those who would be alone on Christmas Day at the Cowan Civic Center, or delivered to the resident’s home, but that will not happen this year.
