Water damages to two branches in the Camden County Library District could cost thousands to cleanup. Director Michael Davis says the Macks Creek Branch was hardest hit, with more than six feet of water flooding their basement.
The Macks Creek branch is closed until further notice. The Camdenton branch suffered damages to the young adult area when a valve failed on a pipe that provided water to the building’s geothermal system. That area is currently closed but should be back to normal in a couple days.
