Linn Creek Crash Victim Dies From Injuries

A Linn Creek man who who was facing multiple charges after crashing his car on Wavy Leaf Road last week has died of the injuries he sustained in the accident. 24-year old Daniel Sherrill wasn’t wearing a seat belt when his car crossed the center line, veered off road and overturned, according to the Highway Patrol. He was later charged with felony D-W-I and driving with a revoked license. Sherill died at University Hospital in Columbia, where he was airlifted after the accident last Thursday.
