A Linn Creek woman is injured in a one-car accident on Highway-54, one mile west of Route-Y, in Camden County. The highway patrol says it happened shortly before 10:45 Saturday morning. The westbound car driven by 78-year-old Lucy Abdo traveled off the roadway striking a grate and going airborne before coming to rest in the eastbound lanes. Abdo was seriously hurt and taken to Lake Regional. She was wearing a seat belt at the time.
