At last nights Lake Ozark board of alderman meeting it was jam packed and standing room only. At last week’s meeting the board did not approve a recommendation made by city administrator Dave Van Dee who suggested that the city should make a few changes to the city’s personnel policy as requested by police chief mark maples. Due to that decision several members of the city officials along with residents filled the house to speak their mind on the decisions that were made. Van Dee had made recommendations on adjusting holiday pay hours to match actual hours worked, rate of pay, pay levels and safety and maintenance issues regarding equipment. The board also went into a closed session to discuss personnel issues however no actions where taken.
