The Sears store at Stone Crest Mall appears to have been spared.
It’s not on the list released today of 79 stores slated to be closed. The company announced earlier this week that as many as 120 Sears and Kmart locations would be shutting down after poor holiday sales. The list does include two Missouri stores, in Lee’s Summit and St. Louis-Crestwood.
