Three local water systems are not meeting the state standard for water testing.
The Missouri Department of Natural Resources says that Nantucket Bay in Camden County, Camp Bagnell Campground in Miller County, and Mallard Bay in Morgan County have violated the state testing standard. Within the past twelve months the three systems have had three major monitoring violations.
MoDNR says making the list does not mean that water is not safe, but routine testing is the best way to maintain a safe water supply.
