The Lake of the Ozarks Council of Local Governments is looking for a new leader. The agency, which serves as a regional planning council for the Lake area, fired its executive director Monday. Debbie Rathert had held the post since June of 2010. An interim director has not yet been named. The position is being re-evaluated by the organization’s board and applications will be accepted in about 30 days, according to Camden County Presiding Commissioner Kris Franken, who is vice-chairman of the LOCOLG board.
