The Lake Area has a winner in the Missouri Lottery ‘Heaps of $500s’ scratcher game.

Neil Carter says he was feeling lucky when he bought the ticket at the Bagnell Dam Eagle Stop in Lake Ozark.

Carter’s a server in Osage Beach and he says he’ll continue working even though he’s the winner of a $100-thousand dollar top prize.

‘Heaps of 500s’ is a $5-dollar ticket with almost $8-million dollars remaining in unclaimed prizes.
