If you’re having issues with erosion with the shoreline in certain parts of the Lake, you may be able to get some help with that.
The lake of the Ozarks Watershed Alliance or LOWA is offering grant funding to help put a stop to the erosion.
LOWA says the grants go towards 20% of the first $5,000 spent on native plants and rip rap, which equals out to around $1,000.
The areas included in the grant map are Soap Creek, Indian Creek, Lick Branch, Buck Creek, Porter Mill Bend and Linn Creek.
