Bye Bye Macks Creek – County Board Approves Disincorporartion Resolution

Macks Creek is on its way out as a municipality. Camden county commissioners voted to pass the resolution officially disincorporating the city of Macks Creek today. That resolution also named a trustee for the village, and Charles McElyea will probably visit next week to start an inventory of assets and liabilities. That won’t happen  until there’s a discovery done of the city’s affairs. All of that will factor into the best way to bring Macks Creek to an end as a city.
